Comments:

Somehow, it seems like there is always some 10M propagation to Europe in this
contest.  This year followed suit.  The 10M opening, from New York, was up and
down; a station would be S9 one minute and S3 in 5 minutes.  15M prop was also
sporadic; I could never get a run going to Europe.  Of course, being LP also
inhibited that.  Best runs were late in the afternoon on 20M, and 40M after it
first opened.
