Comments:

This idea isn't working.  Only one other station was even aware of these
sprints.  They had been hoping for an RTTY signal to use as a reference for
setting up their RTTY arrangement.  

The CWOps have a simple mini-test series each week for one hour and no silly QSY
rule.  Sprints are for highly skilled operators.  We don't have ANY operators
anymore, outside of RTTY contests.  

Suggest these Sprints be reconfigured to a simple mini test just like CWOps
has.

Instead of membership numbers, for now, use a four digit birth day and month,
i.e., Jan 15 = 0115  and the op's name.

Then, show up on RTTY outside of contests if you want to revive RTTY outside of
contests.  

I frequently get on 14085 and call CQ for over an hour with 1500 w and 5 el yagi
at 100'.  Almost never get any action.
