Comments:

Saw that at least  two mobiles were out - W8OP(CW)  and N8OYY(SSB). Just had
hour to work all I could hear.  No 40m from TX to WV in mid day - saw activity
down there but no hope from TX.  Missed N8II during that time.   Was mobile over
the local park.
