Comments:

Soore includes 100 pt all solar energy plus 50 pts web submission.

FD was a good test of our solar and battery system. Turned off commercia power
to the house for entire weekend.  XYL returned from FL on Sat, necessitating 6
hours of high sun time for trip to airport etc, then with dinner making etc
depleted some battery storage, so limited time (about 15 mins) on Saturday
night. The 22 40m qso were at a very high rate, but then it all shut down.  Then
 Sunday morning had to wait for solar panels to find the sun so just 45 mins
available until close of contest. Unfortunately the timing precluded ARRL
bulletin copy.  

Pleased to work Tim, N3QE using W4KFC which recalled actually working Don in the
1950's from K6OPI.

The score contributes the club effort of Redwood Empire DXA and the Marin
Amateur Radio Society.
