Comments:

A fun opportunity to do something different on FD this year - so I tried
operating mobile.  It worked out pretty well with conditions as good as could be
hoped for.  Saturday afternoon, the storms moved in and by 8:30pm, it was donner
and blitzen in a steady stream until the wee hours so I headed inside.  Really
missed operating on 40 and 80 but it just wasn't going to be safe - certainly
would have had a much bigger score.  Anyway, Sunday morning I headed up to
Little Pilot Knob, the second highest spot in MO, and had fun on 10 and 15
meters.  I finished up on 20 CW on the way home and called it a Field Day.  If
we are still limited next year, I may try this again!  73, Ward N0AX and Ellen
KD0PES.
