Another 8-hour outing, same as last year. Difference this year was 50 fewer Qs
and 10 fewer mults, with 5 fewer on each of 40M and 20M. Ended up with more Qs
and mults on 15M than last year but still not much.

An all-time low score for NAQP RTTY in February.
