Comments:

It was a joy to honor our friend and long time FRC member Gale (Stew) Steward by
putting his call on the air this weekend! 
John, W2GD and I operated M/S and even though KU2C is really a single op, single
radio designed station we did quite well.
We had a stretch goal of 2 million points but Murphy came to call.  Early
Saturday morning our rotor blew a fuse while the antennas were aimed away from
Europe. I swear I had a spare fuse but dang if I could find it. With the help of
Marty, W2CG’s “store room” we located a rotor control box and John went on
a run back to central New Jersey and we got things back working. Unfortunately
we missed most of the 20 meter European prime opening period.
