Comments:

KX3 to a horizontal dipole, 5w.  There were a lot of strong signals down this
way.  At one point, I was messing around with the radio, trying to get it and
the terminal to work together for the BARTG RTTY, with the power turned down to
.1 W.  Then I switched back over to CW and the VA QP and answered a cq from K4GM
with .1 W (!) and he came back to me immediately.  I turned the power back up to
5w; I thought that was pretty interesting.
