Comments:

While running the BARTG RTTY contest, I found a 1/2 hour (14:30z)
to look for VA stations.  As usual, I was disappointed by the POOR
in-state QSO party turnout.  Throughout the day I would tune down
to the CW band, and NO VA stations.
