Comments:

Disappointed in my results for INQP.  20 meters was open to IN during the day, 
but I did not hear anyone from IN running there.  Not much on 40 meters either. 
80 meters was OK.  INQP is one of those parties that the Operators tend to stay
on 40 and 80 during the bulk of the contest I guess.  On the plus side, I set
the bar very low for next year.
