Comments:

Super fun start, 15m Es, then some 20 Es, once that finished 40 was OK, 80 was
noisy and tough, didn't try 160.. 

Lot of fun.. 

5 min breaks: 8,9,9,4,9,6  One real rough patch on 40, and the finish on 80 not
so great otherwise decent..
