Comments:

This was TRULY a last-minute operation from NX6T in Fallbrook.
While the main focus was the King-of-Spain contest, hearing stations
calling CQ HQP or CQ HV got my curiosity. The WA7BNM calendar provided
the link to the website rules page; the rest was EASY.

Because this was a QSO Party, operators who did NoT read the rules 
would send "599 CA".  They were entered in the log as 2020 - problem
solved.
