Comments:

Europe was unusually weak today and QSB got worse as time went on. 40 was great
with W/VE's wall-to-wall. Still, there were some surprises with deep QSB: I'd
get the call nice and loud, and by the time we got to the exchange, the station
would fade away, almost completely. Sometimes the signal would come back, other
times it just stayed very weak! So it goes....
