Comments:

Still LP.  QRN had been very bad on 80 prior to 0300Z, so tried to keep up rate
and stay on 40.  Gave up and went to 80. There was QRN, but most signals were
much stronger than the QRN.  Probably should have gone to 80 sooner.  Thanks for
