Comments:

May resubmit with a better write-up after I get some sleep.  One anecdote
though... I set TWO clocks to 3:30 AM so I could get up for E. Coast sunrise and
neither went off.  I woke up at 5 AM... turns out BOTH were set to 3:30 PM!
