Comments:

Treated the contest as RTTY Skimmer Server install, set up and check out
exercise. Have a separate PC for the skimmer server and RBN Aggregator software.
Spent a lot of time testing and trying and finally got everything set up and
working perfectly. Next steps are to install the CW Skimmer Server software and
upgrading receive antennas.
