Comments:

The following is not a complaint.  I'm just wonder why.  Why is it that I can
get thru to CWOPS if they are running high speed and I call them at 36 to 40
wpm? I can usually get thru, often with one call, even with others calling?  Yet
with CWOPS in the 26 to 30 range, I can't get thru if others are calling. Why
the difference? True, I do not have a very strong station, 100 watts and very
old antennas that need repair or replacement.
