Comments:

I got jammed up one time in 2bsiq. Tr4w's software tx lockout has a brief delay
that can create a bottle neck when interleaving qsos.  I hit the exchanges
timely enough but I get lockout muffs.  Maybe I can use the tx inhibit function
in the k3 radios to avoid any delay.
