Comments:

What a contrast to the awesome Texas QSO party.  Most of the Texans were on 20m
at the start.   Alabamians were hiding out on 40m at noon.  Fix this problem by
taking away the in-state multipliers.  Either that or make the QSO party for
Alabamians only.
