Comments:

Lots of guys with wrong (too high) multiplier this year because of N1MM glitch.
For those who didn't upload the revision, your multiplier wrongly lists all
Scandinavian prefixes rather than Scandinavian districts. For those who uploaded
the revision during the contest, N1MM corrected the error message ,but failed to
delete the extra multipliers. Just don't see how anyone exceeded 40 real SAC
multipliers per band! Look at the multiplier map on N1MM and you'll see how to
correct the error.
