Comments:

Well, I was all set up before 8PM with my temporary vertical. Went out to
connect the coax and a raccoon jumped from my antenna to the bird feeder and
toppled the antenna setup.  Some bent metal ... back to the shack for repairs. 
Completed jury rig repair just before the contest ended .. but I did make one
contact!   Alls well that ends well...
