Comments:

Started out the weekend to just get in the ND QP to work Rich, N0HJZ, then it
morphed into working all 4 state QP's.  Haven't done a state QP in several
months and didn't take long to remember geographical propagation differences
being a big factor.  There were times with good signals and times with esp
signals, hi, but had lots of fun chasing and working the rovers.
