Not so great this time. 40 meter run started off a bit slowly, but picked up
well a few minutes in. Quite a few very weak signals on a quiet band today.  As
usual, the rate took a dive around 40 minutes in, but it wasn't bad enough to
change strategy until the very end. Spent the last 10 minutes or so S&P, but
that turned out to be disastrous as I couldn't ever seem to get in sync with
anyone and only worked a few. Several callers didn't get in the log because I
couldn't get them to send me their call. Sure wish folks would wait around to
get a full acknowledgement before spinning the VFO knob. See everyone at 1900Z.
