Comments:

Tried to focus more on the high bands this time, 10/15 didn't cooperate with
that strategy.  Very noisy, didn't have my rx antennas set up right and think I
might have missed some folks on the low bands I should have heard.

One of my favorite contests.  I think the rules are just fine.
