Where is 40M?

There sure was real fast QSB today on 40 -- where a station was loud for few
seconds--then gone--then back loud again and gone before completing his info.
It was hard to pull out-- and if I missed your call I am sorry!
I cannot wait for better conditions!! I hope fall will be better!
