W3VPR QSO: 50 pts; Web submission: 50 pts.

This QSO Party has very, very little buy-in from the MDC contest community and
needs a *major* revitalization... there are so few MDC available to work during
the event hours.  Few stations to work means very little fun can be had.  A big
disappointment once again!  Something needs to change with this QP  -- NOT fun. 
With just 25 mults available to out-of-staters a 'sweep' should be a possibility
... currently, with such minimal activity, there is NO chance for that.
