Comments:

A Index of 19-20 seemed to have an affect on the bands. Saturday was a challenge
with poor condx. Strategy is very different from operating CW on SO2R. Lots of
this to consider Mode, Even/Odd, and frequency sub-bands. Will plan to
participate again in this contest next year. There was plenty of WW
participation.
