Comments:

Rough contest this year here in Licking County. Worst one in a long time. 
Mostly weaker than normal signals and moderate to heavy QRN.  Both took a toll
on  this OP.

No sigs heard on 10-15m.  Heard many stations calling at times on 75m but  just
couldnt make out call signs. Operated 7 hours but most of that was  listening
for copiable sigs.  A handful of strong sigs but most were in and out of noise.

Managed 75 Q's on 40m during the 2300z hour, 58 Q's on 20m during the 2100z
hour, 38 Q's on 80m during the 1600z hour, and 33 Q's on 80m during the 0000z
hour.

The rest was torture, filled with breaks, naps, and  pulling the plug way too
early. My score was 43% of last years.
