Comments:

A considerable drop from last year's score with over 200 fewer Q's.
Last year had a clean sweep of sections (84).  Missing NT & AK this year.
Offset by 6 more DX than last year.
General participation seemed a little off.  DX from EU was strong.
Overall propagation was good.  QRN Saturday evening was rough at times.
West coast was often weak.  Hope they build some more power plant capacity out
west!
