Comments:

Okay, the first night was fun. Fairly quiet, some really fun runs and plenty of
S&P. Sent to sleep an hour after sunrise feeling good.

Woke up at 1PM kind of rested and at around 3 got on and to my surprise there
was stuff to work. So far, so good. But, as the sun set the QRN really came up
and things became no fun.

Fist I thought, "Hey, it's just a slog. Stick it out. Work 10-20 per for 10
hours and I could win 2nd call area."

Then I thought, "Maybe I put in another 8 hours I could at at least best my
old record."

Then I thought, "Is there even a certificate for NNJ section?"

Then I thought, "Maybe I can win FN20vt"

Then, perhaps 10 minutes after that, I thought: "Or, I could go to
bed."  

So, that's what I did.

Rig: K3 1k-fa amp at approx. 800 w into inverted V with center at 45 feet and
ends about 4' off ground.
