Comments:

This session was an experiment in revised strategy. Started the session by
initiating a run on 20 meters, fairly high in the band to avoid some of the big
guns with real antennas. The results were much better than I expected -- 80 QSOs
in the first 40 minutes. But then the rate dropped off a cliff, so I quickly
went to running on 40 meters for the remainder of the time. I'm pleased to know
that I can actually do reasonably well with just the low dipole on 20, although
a good many of the stations who called in were crazy weak. See everyone at
0300Z.
