Comments:

90% of my operating was on Saturday - the wrong day from comments I've read.

Here's how I operated this one:
1.  Turn radio on to 28025.
2.  Look at panadapter.
3.  If <5 spikes, turn radio off.
4.  Return to step 1 a few hours later.

Surprisingly, I was only not heard by a few stations.  
K3/100 to balcony dipole from my condo QTH.
