Comments:

That was interesting.  Spotlight propagation to different regions of the US and
SA accompani3ed by the normal QSB.  Most contacted states FL-12, CA-9, MN-8, IL
4, MS-4, and TX-4.  Never heard any XE or EU stations given the hidden ground
mounted vertical.  10 meters never ceases to be a surprise
