Comments:

Despite the ZERO sunspots during ARRL 28 MHz, this month 
will get the highest monthly sunspot average (about 65-70) 
so far in this Cycle. However, X-rays rule. Sunspots and 
SFI's are just indicators (I call those the Sun's psyche) 
without muscle. Wishing you all a Happy & Spotty New Year!
