Comments:

Did not plan to operate this contest since I do not have a "proper"
160-meter antenna yet.  However, I found that I could sort of load my open-wire
fed 80-meter dipole on 160 by cranking all of the knobs on my Ten-Tec 238A tuner
to their maximum values and setting the impedance tap/configuration switch
appropriately.  The K2 did not complain too loudly, although it folded back to
as little as 40 watts as I moved up the band and had to retune.  I have a box at
the base of the vertical portion of the open-wire feeder to feed the common mode
(tee-configuration) against ground eventually, but have not gotten it all tuned
up yet.

Thank you to everyone for pulling me out. It's clearly a testament to the good
operators and excellent receiving equipment on the band.
