Comments:

With an X-ray background of A1 one could say that
the Sun is practically dead again after showing 
some improvement during October/November. So it 
is still Absolute Solar Minimum conditions, but 
the Solar flux (73) reveals there is something 
brewing underneath.... Thus skip was long on 
14 MHz and most of the UK was at scatter level. 
Also 7 MHz turned out weak and slow (last 10 min).
