Comments:

Bizarre band conditions, A=14.  40m was unusable.  80m sigs had lots of flutter.
 A few in 5-land, K5CM and W5TM, sounded normal, but most everyone else was
fluttering badly enough that it was hard to copy numbers at high speed.  40
minutes of that was enough!
