Comments:

A dismal Outing: Tried a RUN on 40m for the first 20 minutes...Either no one
heard me or everyone ignored me. Not a single QSO answer. By that time the band
was starting to fade, but I was able to S&P for 8 QSOs. Switched to 20m,
made 9 more QSOs and gave up..
