Comments:

I used up all my energy resources the previous weekend in the CQ WPX RTTY, so I
was running on fumes here. I wanted to give some support to the YCCC and get in
some CW practice before FT8 withers my little gray cells. Also, I think it's
cool to work CW by just hitting F-keys. I know some think that's not real CW.
OK, call it something else. Whatever. I cut my teeth on straight keys and
paper logs. This is better.

There was lots of activity, but conditions weren't good, or so it seemed to me.
At 22:30 on Saturday, Kp = 4. On Sunday morning at 13:15 Kp was still hanging in
there at 4. These was lots of deep QSB, too. Plus, 20m and 40m were very noisy
at my QTH.

Some amusing moments:

One USA station was sending "599 {state} TX" as its exchange. I think
the TX was for thanks, but it was a poor choice. The only thing better would
have been "599 {state} TX DE {CALL}"

One Italian station was sending 599 KW. Bless you, son. Honesty is the best
policy, or so they say.

73,
Ken, AB1J
