Comments:

Knowing that low power, a low dipole, and SSB is not a formula
for great success, I still hoped to find AK for my last state
for 160 WAS.  I even got up at 5 am Saturday to work the
Grey Line, but no joy. I heard a lot, but didn't work further
west than Ohio.  I did pick up 7 more Qs and 1 mult late on
Sunday.

Sharing time with the NAQP RTTY didn't help the BIC time.
