Comments:

Weird conditions - lots of QSB and odd skip. On 40 guys in TN were booming and
NA8V was ESP+. Signals weak on 80 and noise, which might be some local noise.
Tried 160 and got NA8V, not much louder than he was on 40.

CU in the NAQP on Saturday!
