Comments:

Roving involves the essence and chaos that ensues when one combines ham radio
with a scavenger hunt and a college road rally

Totals don't quite add up as there are a couple dupes.

In terms of Qs and Mults not quite my best but close, but due to January contest
enhanced value of the microwaves bands this is by far my personal best score.
