Comments:

Started on 40.  80 was good, but people seem to leave after 30 minutes, even
though there is propagation.  Signals were good on 40.  Pretty good start, but
not excellent.  1309Z had 24 QSOs.  At 1318 had 50, so short of the goal by 3
minutes or about 10 QSOs. Telnet kept stopping. Went to 40 WPM quite
comfortably.  At 1330Z activity seemed to pick up. Had 90 QSOs.  Nice to work
AH6KO and KL2A. At 1345Z had 134 QSOs, but fewer calling in and some gaps when I
had to call CQ a lot.  Left many regulars unworked. It is hard to decide if it
is best to keep CQ or S&P.  What is the best rate?  Nice clear frequency.
Overall not many New England or W6.
