Comments:

We actively participated in the Texas Rover Convergence near Hico, TX with
KA5D/r, W5TN/r, KD5IKG/r, K2EZ/r, and K5SRT/r on Saturday!  We activated the
eastern three grid corners in Oklahoma on Sunday.  This was the first time that
our microwave efforts really got going.  We were slow at first, but as our
familiarity with the new equipment progressed, our speed improved!  We connected
with K2EZ/r at the SE grid square corner and focused on microwave and the upper
UHF bands.  We headed to Tulsa where we met with our microwave mentor WD5AGO for
some impressive contacts with our new microwave antennas.  Exhausted from all
the activity and the cold temperatures, we didn't complete the grid square
cornering at ANY of the grid square corners.  But we did make some contesting
friends while safely distancing ourselves!
