Comments:

Lots of stateside activity although it seems like they have banned electricity
(Green New Deal!) on the left coast as there were so few CA, OR & WA
stations.
Propagation to EU to the Midwest was poor compared to last year.  Worked 5 ND!
More Q's than last year but far fewer DX and 10 pointers.
