Comments:

The band seemed plagued with high latitude D layer absorption with a few short
breaks that enabled it to open up a bit. I noticed inability to contact stations
in eastern Canada and northeast US. I heard stations in those regions throughout
the weekend but was not able to get through until the wee hours of Sunday
morning. From the central US east coast and down into the Caribbean conditions
were better with solid coverage of US states and some DX including US Virgin
Islands, Caymen Islands and Mexico. Towards the Pacific and Asia conditions were
also good with stations contacted in Hawaii, Japan and Asiatic Russia.

What's next? Looking at participation in the BC QP and ARRL DX CW.
