Comments:

Band condx played about the same as last years event out here, except 10m did
open a bit with a few Es Qs. Was hoping the recent rising SFI and SN indexes
would hold for this event to open up 15 and 10 more but they retreated. 160 and
80 full of summer QRN but did have ZL1BBW call in on 80. 20 stayed open to
everywhere round the clock. JA runs did not happen much this year except for an
hour on 20m at 1AM local time. Strong sigs from the big EU & HQ stns on 15.
Had to take a long dinner break with the XYL early evening so didn't get in as
much BIC time as hoped for.
