40m: 40-2CD at 63 feet and dipole at 28 feet ; 80m: IONV V

Rate at 1900 was great, but rate tonight was SLOW.  Constant static crashes made
for difficult copy.  Went to 80 just after halfway through and only managed one
QSO.  RX antenna did not help much with very high noise on 80.  The noise was
horrible, so returned to 40.  Unable to get a good sustained rate on 40.  Many
unanswered CQs, so did not even make 100 QSOs.
