Comments:

Part time, in and out of shack; found more stations going to SSB when condx good
than in June ARRL test.  Open to DX but didnt concentrate on the DX, other than
to pick up 2 new DXCC.  Not as much local activity as in the past summertime
tests. High noise continues to plague me, missed several callers responding to
CQs.
