Comments:

This score will go down quite a bit with log checking due to mis-coppied
exchanges.

I had a great deal of difficulty hearing west coast stations at 1-2 points each,
and given the many EU stations a 3-6 points each, didn't try as hard as I might
have done otherwise. We really should treat US states and CA provinces as
separate countries to match the country density in EU.
